F&I Printers for Every Dealer Management System

Argecy stocks the finance and insurance forms printers that dealership management systems depend on — AMT Datasouth ACCEL impact printers, the Okidata ML8480FB flatbed, Lexmark and Xerox laser printers including Reynolds & Reynolds docuPAD deployments, and Source Technologies MICR check printers. We have been refurbishing these machines and stocking their parts since 1985, and we are now the sole source for refurbished ACCEL F&I printers.

Every unit is configured for the system you actually run and tested on real multipart forms before it ships. Free setup support is included. Warranty is stated on each item — 90 days is standard, and some units carry longer.

Tell us your system when you order. Every dealer management system has its own personality, and these printers are set up to match it — the same model is configured differently depending on which system it has to answer to. A machine that has not been set up for your system will power up and pass its self-test, and still not produce a usable deal jacket.

Give us your system and the forms you print, and we will configure the machine for that setup and test it on real multipart stock before it ships. If your system is not named above, call us — we will confirm what you need before you order.

Lexmark and Xerox for the Dealership — Including docuPAD

Beyond the impact printers, we support the laser printers dealerships run alongside them, including units deployed with the Reynolds & Reynolds docuPAD system. We carry the full line new and refurbished, plus the deepest parts inventory you will find anywhere — covering current models and machines that were declared end of life years ago.

A note on branding. Xerox completed its acquisition of Lexmark in July 2025, and much of the newest hardware now carries Xerox branding even though it is the same Lexmark-built machine underneath. If your dealership has bought printers recently, the box may say Xerox where the last one said Lexmark. It does not change what we can do for you — in most cases it is the same platform, the same service procedures and the same parts. Give us the product's model number, whichever brand name appears with it, and we will identify it.

Trade In Your Old Printer

A retired 7450, 7350, 6350, 5350 or ML8480FB is worth a credit against a replacement. The chassis, frame and boards are exactly what we rebuild the next unit from.

  • The unit must be complete — nothing stripped, nothing missing, no parts robbed off it.
  • It does not have to work. A dead printhead or a failed logic board is fine.
  • It must not be destroyed, crushed or physically broken, and we cannot accept fire, flood or impact damage.
  • Return shipping to us is at your cost.
  • Return it within 30 days of your replacement arriving.

Reconditioning — Keep the Printer You Have

If you would rather rebuild than replace, send us the machine. It goes through the same bench process as everything we sell refurbished: stripped and inspected, new printhead and paper-path wear parts, reconfigured for your DMS and verified, and burned in on live multipart stock before it ships back to you.

If we open it up and it is not worth the money, we call you before spending a dollar.

Parts and Ribbons

These machines went out of production years ago. We kept buying the parts anyway — printhead kits, logic boards, ribbon drives, platens, paper-path assemblies, covers, sensors and ribbons. Not just the fast movers: we stock the obscure parts that decide whether a machine gets repaired or scrapped. ACE's inventory came to us as well, which deepened the shelf further.

What is shown online is a starting point rather than the whole shelf. Much of our inventory has never been listed, and we can often supply a part for a machine that no one else will still quote. If you do not see it, ask.

Not sure which part failed? Describe what the printout looks like — missing dot rows, smearing, forms jamming at the same point — and we will identify it for you.

MICR and Check Printing

Dealerships do not only print deal jackets. The back office prints payroll, parts-vendor checks and floorplan drafts, and that is a MICR printer with the magnetic toner and secure trays your bank expects.

We carry the Source Technologies MICR line end to end, along with Rosetta and Lexmark MICR platforms — printers, MICR toner, maintenance kits and parts. One vendor and one purchase order for every printer in the building.

Support and Services

Everything on this page is backed by the same people who refurbish the machines. We are not a drop-shipper passing you to a manufacturer's queue.

  • Free setup and DMS configuration support. Included with every printer we sell. Call and we will walk your team through cabling, port settings, form alignment and the DMS-side print queue.
  • System configuration. Tell us your system and we set the machine up for it and test it before the unit ships. If you switch DMS later, call us about reconfiguring the printer you already own.
  • Depot repair and reconditioning on the ACCEL line, the ML8480FB, Lexmark and Xerox lasers, and Source Technologies MICR printers.
  • Parts identification. Describe the symptom and we will identify the part — we would rather sell you a wear part than a printer you do not need.
  • Warranty on every refurbished unit — 90 days as standard, with the exact term stated on each item. Warranty support is handled here rather than handed off to a manufacturer's queue.
  • Ongoing supplies. Ribbons, printhead kits and maintenance parts kept in stock so a consumable never puts an F&I office down.
  • Trade-in and fleet consolidation. Multi-rooftop groups: call us about standardising your F&I printers across stores.

Talk to a Representative
